About Us
Restaurant Equipment Co. of Savannah was founded in 1971 by Steve Bernstein and has been providing restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, schools, and our military facilities here in Savannah, and the entire low country, with excellent kitchen and bar equipment. In addition, we carry a full line of smallwares and tabletop items. We are employee owned and value our clients as much as we hope our clients value us.
We expanded into the Hilton Head area, with our second location in Bluffton, SC. Like our original location, we are open to the public. Please stop by and check us out!

We love working with our customers; helping them from scratch; going over the blue prints their designers have given them to make certain all of their equipment needs are covered, to helping them select the right front of the house styling for their tables, chairs and booths, to making sure the china, glass and silverware reflects the feelings of the location, to seeing to it that all of the smallest details are covered before their opening day. And we don’t stop there.
We continue to support our valued customer through their entire business day, regardless, if it’s a last minute emergency order of glassware, to a walk-in they need custom fit, to helping them as they grow and change – we pride ourselves in surpassing all expectations.
